Health: it is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Happiness: apart from the normal feeling of being relaxed and happy, positive emotions do good things to our brain and bodies. they lower stress hormones, help ease anxiety and depression and improves our immune system.

Sleep: Getting enough sleep of 7 to 8 hours daily will reduce stress and improve our mood, help us to think more clearly to do better in school and work, prevent excessive weight gain, reduce risk of serious illnesses for example diabetes and heart disease.

Good diet: Eat a balanced diet containing all the required nutrients such as carbohydrates to give the body energy, proteins to repair worn out tissues in the body, vitamins to protect the body against diseases and mineral salts for strong bones and teeth, blood clotting and keep the heart, muscles and brain working properly.


Water: water plays an essential role in enabling the body to maintain a normal body temperature. it also plays an important role in digestion, transportation of nutrients, absorption, circulation and lubricate and cushion joints.

Exercise: It is very important as it strengthens the bones and muscles, reduce risk of disease, help manage excessive weight gain, improve your brain health, improve your quality of sleep and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.
