An orange is a round juicy citrus fruit with a tough yellow orange rind.
They originally came from China, but today the nutritious fruit is grown in warm climates all over the world.

An orange is a citrus fruit so it should not be eaten on an empty stomach. this is because it may increase acid production. It may also cause heartburn and too much fibre and fructose in the orange fruit can make slow down your digestive system if eaten on an empty stomach.
